Surprising as it may seem, I've never done a serious art course. Just about everything I've learnt to do, I've taught myself. Drawing in a realistic style doesn't come very naturally to me, especially after five or so years of drawing little else but anime style work. This is one of those pictures that simply wouldn't work as a lineart, so I decided to give this a try. *laughs* It's shocking though; I still think the best thing about this picture is the font I used for 'Fate', and it's the only bit I didn't make!

...and this picture's meaning? Heh... it came out of a day dream, like a lot of my favorite pictures. 'Fate' draws reality into stories and causes hell for the unwilling heroes. ^_^ Well, something like that anyway; what ever amuses her.
